Coach Requirements

  • Corporate experience as a senior business leader.
  • Business oriented executive coaching expertise focused on measureable, behavioral outcomes. External versus internal coaching experience preferred.
  • Understanding of the role coaching plays within leadership strategy and alignment, talent development, assessment, career strategy and group learning initiatives.
  • Experience using leadership assessment tools including a 360.
  • Track record working with mid to senior level executives (board level a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Relevant experience or education in Organizational Development, Counseling/Psychology or Industrial Psychology.
