Glen has over 30 years of business experience. His years of successful management experience with Xerox and Cap Gemini Sogeti include a diverse background of sales management, general management, and executive management. He has a broad knowledge base of operational functions across a variety of industries.

Coaching and team building have been the basis for his success at all levels. As a football coach, he developed high school athletes and prepared them for the future. He built top performing sales teams at Xerox. As the CEO of a Cap Gemini subsidiary named Sogeti, he developed a follower- ship of 1,200 employees that left sister company CGEY to join him in starting Sogeti. Glen has spent the last five years as an executive coach in the Dayton, Cincinnati area
