She brings over twenty years of executive leadership and consulting experience. She has worked with companies of all sizes including emerging entrepreneurial firms and global Fortune 500 companies. Her passion is working with teams to develop trust and team performance and she has managed and delivered large, global talent related projects including but not limited to, executive development and coaching initiatives. Her consulting work often involves change and transformation, and intervention design and implementation.
Prior to founding arCapa, Patti held executive positions with a global consulting company, and contract service providers in telecommunications and medical device manufacture and development. All included significant P&L responsibility. In her earlier career, she held a variety of positions in business, education, and government.
Patti holds BS/Criminology from Indiana State University and MBA from Butler University. She has presented at a number of HR and leadership conferences and has held board positions with charitable organizations.
