Roberta has served as the Chief Human Resource Officer in a variety of industries to include healthcare, software and professional services. She has a proven track record of leading integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, strategically directing strong build-ups and organizational restructuring. Roberta has significant coaching and strategic leadership development experience at the individual and organizational level. In addition, she has significant experience in coaching executives and professionals through a wide variety of career challenges, issues and opportunities. Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Roberta was an active member of the senior management team, which created a joint operating agreement between two health care organizations to form a health care system with over 50 facilities and 7,000 employees.
