Dr. Wynn P. Baldock, a licensed psychologist, graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude, with Departmental Honors in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, and completed an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Virginia Tech. After completing graduate school, he served as a commissioned Regular Army Officer in the US Army Medical Service Corps, and as the Chief of Psychology at Martin Army Community Hospital in Columbus, Georgia. Following active military service, Wynn spent five years as an Assistant Professor on the faculty of the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Interested in dedicating his professional expertise exclusively to issues facing corporate America and the workplace, Dr. Baldock left academia to work as a full-time management consultant. Prior to founding his own independent consulting practice, he was employed as a Vice President and Consulting Psychologist with Drake Beam Morin, an Experienced Manager with Andersen Consulting's Change Management practice, and a Principal and Consulting Psychologist with a Midwestern consulting firm where he was responsible for the Leadership and Organizational Development practice. His consulting practice specializes in executive coaching and leadership development, change management, organizational development, and corporate psychology.
